William Goodall, 72, husband of Susan (Detwiler) Goodall of Gloucester, died Monday, April 11, 2011 at the Beth Israel Medical Center, Boston following a brief illness.

Born in St. Petersburg, Florida April 19, 1938, he was the son of Odelia (Eisele) Goodall of St. Petersburg and the late Henry Goodall. He was a long time resident of Carlisle and a recent resident of Gloucester. He enjoyed educating people and giving back to his community.

He is survived by his two sons, Louis and Richard. In addition, he is survived by his Mother, his three brothers, John, Joe and Mike, and his two sisters Marie and Rosie who all reside in his home town in Florida.
