Jeanne Catherine Tabor, 24,
daughter of Theodore and Cynthia (Aiello) Tabor and sister of
Zachary Tabor, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2012 in her Ipswich
home on Blaisdell Terrace.
Jeanne was a unique soul whose
memory will be cherished by her family and friends. Born and raised
in Ipswich where she attended Ipswich public schools, she worked at
the Clam Box in Ipswich since age 14, where she made many beloved
friends among her coworkers.
A
passionate person who loved many forms of artistic expression, she
was a photographer, and her extensive photo collection shows a deep
appreciation for nature, people, and the beauty of everyday moments.
She was an avid reader since childhood, and enjoyed sharing and
discussing books with her friends and coworkers. Jeanne also loved
to write, keeping journals, writing poetry and songs throughout her
life.
Her love of photography and the
written word was rivaled only by her love of music. She attended
many concerts. Those who knew Jeanne were familiar with her favorite
bands and the lyrics that meant a lot to her. She played several
instruments in her life, including the guitar and drums. Jeanne
dreamed of one day opening her own book or music store.
In addition to her parents and
brother, Jeanne leaves her paternal grandmother, Dorothy Tabor of
Ipswich; maternal grandfather, Anthony Aiello of Ipswich; aunts and
uncles, Stephen and Susan Aiello of Essex, Theresa and Jerry
Gauthier of Ipswich,
Stanley and Iris Tabor of Lynn, Janet Bennett of New Hampshire; her
aunt and uncle Catherine Woodman of Ipswich and Stevie Tabor of
Seabrook, NH, who were also her godparents; cousins, Rachel Aiello-Goncalves
of Rowley, Brittnie Aiello of Ipswich, Gina Aiello, of Webster and

Jourdan Gauthier both of Ipswich and many dear friends. She was
pre-deceased by her paternal grandfather, Theodore Tabor; maternal
grandmothers Jeanne Catherine (Carroll) Aiello and Gwendolyn (Nunes)
Aiello and her uncles: Michael and David Aiello, Chip Bennett, and
Lawrence Woodman, Jr.
Her funeral will be held Friday 9
am from the Whittier-Porter Funeral Home, 6 High Street, Ipswich
followed by a Funeral Mass 10 am in Our Lady of Hope Church,
