Foster Lee Giuliano, 52, of Danvers, formerly of Wakefield, passed away peacefully  Tuesday, January 12, 2010 in his Danvers home. He was the son of the late James and Virginia W. (Foster)  Giuliano.

He is survived by his partner Stephen Drew of Danvers; two children Kestin Walsh of Las Vegas, NV and Michael Walsh of Scituate; three sisters, Nicole Ruscak and her husband David of Ipswich, Virginia Votano of Lynn and Kimetha Giuliano of E. Kingston, NH; a brother Delfino Votano of Swampscott; two grandchildren Samantha and Dominic; two nephews Ryan Sherman of NH, David Giuliano and his wife Melissa of Rowley; two aunts; many cousins and  great nephew David Giuliano. Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Whittier-Porter Funeral home of Ipswich.
