David J.
Crisafulli

David J. Crisafulli 50, of
High Street, Amesbury, former husband of Jane Biagioni of Arlington,
died unexpectedly August 17, 2011 in Amesbury.
Born in Malden August 30, 1960, son of
Elaine M. deMers of Newbury and Salvatore A. Crisafulli of Bristol,
RI, he was raised in Arlington, a 1978 graduate of Arlington High
School. David earned a Fine Arts degree in 1984 from California
State University, Sacramento. He was employed as a graphic designer
and taught graphics at North Shore Community College. A self-taught
musician, he shared his music with friends and with local youth
groups. He enjoyed summers in Ipswich, and York Beach, Maine.
In addition to his mother, former
wife, father and his father’s wife Deborah, David is survived by
his son, J.D. (John David) of Arlington; two brothers, Donald
Crisafulli and wife Karen, of Sacramento, CA and Douglas Crisafulli
and wife, Lisa and their family of Boynton Beach, FL and a sister,
Maria (Crisafulli) Stevenson and her children, Johnny and Leah, of
New London, CT. David was close to his grandparents, the late
Johnnie and Jo McFaun of Ipswich and Tony and Connie Crisafulli of
Belmont.
Relatives and friends are invited to
join in a celebration of his life on Saturday, September 24, from 1
to 3:30 p.m., at Whittier-Porter Funeral Home, 6 High Street,
Ipswich MA . In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial
contribution in his name to The Children’s Room, 1200 Massachusetts
